3、在高真空中，碳氢液沸点下降，蒸发速度加快，附着在工件上的杂质跟溶剂一起挥发、无杂质残留。

4、从清洗到干燥都在密闭高真空状态下进行，气体含氧量极低，液体通过氮气转移，安全可靠。

5、 适合零件的批量清洗，效率更高。

6、碳氢液为有机溶剂，清洗零件在不存在防锈问题。
