2、槽体、清洗篮均采用进口SUS316L材质制作，管路元件为卫生级SUS316L材质。

3、采用美国“Brasson”进口超声波，噪声低清洗效果好。

4、清洗液PH值、纯水电导率、清洗的温度和时间等全部在线监控和显示，确保工艺参数的严格性。

5、采用进口流量计在线显示和监控纯水的逆流量。

6、清洗液和钝化液请补充和排放用进口磁力泵和计量泵自动控制自动控制。

7、配有大风量抽风装置和废气处理装置，确保废气处理排放达标。

8、采用真空干燥确保工件盲孔、深孔、细缝的干燥。

9、PLC 全程序控制及触摸屏人机界面操作。
