产品特点：

1、主要用于压缩机零件、油底壳、总成的清洗和切水。

2、采用夹具定位安装，托盘旋转清洗和切水。

3、压缩空气流量采用流量计控制，喷淋采用压力传感器控制，异常报警。

4、装有气缸密封自动门，门口装有欧姆龙光幕传感器。

5、采用日本安满能气雾收集器，无需废气外排。

6、采用欧姆龙TP7 启动开光，操作简单。

7、设有过滤保护系统和自动液位控制系统及报警。

8、设有高效的油水分离器系统。

9、清洗节拍：50秒两件。

10 、PLC 全程序控制及触摸屏人机界面操作。

Features:
